What You Need Before Starting
A stable internet connection: Minimum 10 Mbps for HD streaming, 25 Mbps for 4K content. We recommend a wired Ethernet connection for the most consistent experience, especially for live sports where buffering is unacceptable.
A compatible device: Any internet-connected device that can run an IPTV player application. This includes Smart TVs, Android and iOS phones/tablets, Amazon Fire Stick, Apple TV, Windows/Mac computers, MAG boxes, and Enigma2 receivers.
An IPTV player application: We provide credentials in two formats — M3U playlist URL and Xtream Codes API. Popular player apps include IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate (Android), GSE Smart IPTV (iOS), VLC Media Player (desktop), and the built-in Smart IPTV app available on Samsung and LG TVs.

Troubleshooting Common Issues
Most issues can be resolved in under 2 minutes. Here are the most common problems and their solutions.
Channels not loading
Verify your credentials are entered correctly. Check that your subscription is active. Try restarting the IPTV app or clearing its cache.
Buffering or freezing
Switch to a wired connection. Lower the stream quality in your player settings. Close other bandwidth-heavy applications. If using Wi-Fi, move closer to your router.
No EPG data showing
EPG data can take up to 24 hours to populate after first setup. In your player settings, make sure the EPG URL is configured. Try refreshing the EPG manually.
Audio but no video
Your device may not support the video codec. Try switching to a different player app (VLC handles most codecs). If on an older device, select SD quality instead of HD.
Pro Tips for the Best Experience
Use a Wired Connection
Ethernet provides more stable bandwidth than Wi-Fi. If you experience buffering, connecting your device directly to your router via Ethernet cable often resolves the issue immediately. This is especially important for 4K streams which require sustained 25 Mbps.
Check Your Internet Speed
We recommend a minimum of 10 Mbps for HD (1080p) streaming and 25 Mbps for 4K content. Run a speed test at fast.com to verify. If your speed is below these thresholds during peak hours, contact your ISP about upgrading your plan.
Consider a VPN
A VPN can improve your streaming experience by preventing ISP throttling — some internet providers intentionally slow down streaming traffic. A VPN encrypts your connection so your ISP cannot identify and throttle IPTV traffic. We recommend using servers closest to your physical location for best speeds.
